I help motivated, visionary executives, managers, and professionals fine-tune their leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and lead organizational change.
Coaching helps professionals cultivate higher emotional intelligence, communicate with greater impact and influence, think more strategically, manage overwhelm and burnout, prioritize, and delegate more effectively — essentially, perform at their best.
Individual Leadership Coaching
Candid, thoughtful feedback is critical and harder to obtain as leaders advance in their careers. Unfortunately, promising careers can derail due to blind spots in critical interpersonal and leadership competencies. This can be devastating to the individual and extremely costly to the company. Coaching addresses these blind spots and provides clients with a confidential sounding board to improve performance and ultimately organizational effectiveness. Each individual leadership coaching engagement is tailored to the unique needs of the client.
Leadership Team Coaching and Workshops
This customized program combines individual coaching with group learning and development. Participants can expect enhanced team alignment, collaboration, and shared accountability. Group coaching provides the opportunity to apply new skills to current strategic issues related to business objectives, organizational change, and culture development. This approach amplifies results in a highly efficient and visible way.
New Leadership Onboarding
Over half of new executives and managers fail within the first 18 months of entering a new position. This is a staggering statistic that speaks not only to huge wasted investment but dangerous organizational turmoil – all of which are unnecessary if your new executives are supported properly during their time of transition and acclimation. New leadership onboard coaching supports the successful integration of new leaders into the organization’s culture (or peer group in the case of internal promotions), framing short and long-term challenges and recognizing and building key stakeholder relationships.
Six months of dedicated coaching support can provide a new member of your senior team a partner in their adjustment process – a safe sounding board and experienced navigator of politics and people – to accelerate their transition into the role and to set them up for success.
